Historic Center Vacation Apartment 2 (Málaga)

We were hired to handle the interior design of a vacation rental located in the picturesque historic center of Málaga. Due to the small size of the living room, we faced the challenge of selecting the right furniture to optimize the available space. Our interior designers opted for a two-seater sofa and a small dining table strategically placed in a corner, thereby maximizing the walking space and the living room’s functionality. In the bedroom, which is also on the small side, we placed the bed between two windows, which allowed us to make the most of the natural light. We also chose light colors for the walls and decor, which not only create a sense of spaciousness. This focus on soft colors and the arrangement of the furniture have visually transformed the space, making it appear larger and brighter than it actually is. These creative solutions have not only improved the apartment’s appearance but also its functionality, which will surely make it more appealing to potential tenants.
