Living Tavernes (Valencia)

Project for a model apartment in Tavernes (Valencia) for the developer EXXACON. This development had run out of model apartments, so the developer decided to commission us to design a new model apartment for a one-bedroom unit on the ground floor. As is well known, ground-floor units are always less commercially appealing, and a well-decorated model apartment helps generate interest and drive sales among customers. This time, we also took the opportunity to decorate a small patio with a vertical garden in the background, bringing life to this little terrace, which is now a very pleasant place to read in peace or enjoy a good cup of coffee. Our track record in interior design, space planning, and business acumen has paid off once again!! This apartment WAS SOLD FURNISHED IN LESS THAN A MONTH after it was furnished. It has also helped facilitate the sale of other homes in the same category.
