Model Apartment 1, Constancia 22 (Málaga)

Yet another model apartment we’ve decorated, this time in the new Constancia 22 building, located in downtown Málaga, just steps away from the María Zambrano train station, entertainment venues, and a wide range of services. This development follows on from the success of the first phase of the Constancia project, which has already sold out. The model apartment features an open-concept living room, dining room, and kitchen, a spacious terrace where you can enjoy Málaga’s beautiful weather, a very cozy master bedroom, and a bathroom. The interior design of this model apartment was so successful that it sold in no time at all, complete with all the furniture and decor.
