Model Apartment 1, Constancia 49 (Málaga)

The construction company Exxacon contacted us to request a furnishing solution for one of its apartment projects on Constancia Street, known as the Constancia Development. In one of the bedrooms, a column posed a challenge, making it difficult for buyers to visualize how two beds could be accommodated in the space, thereby making it viable as a double bedroom. Our interior designers created several designs and ultimately chose the proposal we are now presenting to you. We incorporated two 90-cm beds with storage bases and designed a custom headboard that fits seamlessly into the bed arrangement. This project has been a resounding success: all apartments in this category sold in just one month. Attached are photos of the furnished apartment, showing the before and after of our renovation.
