Model Apartment 2, Constancia 22 (Málaga)

Because our design for the model apartment in this development was so successful, it sold almost immediately, so we had to design another apartment so that customers could continue to visit the development. This time, the apartment features a spacious living-dining room with an open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace, and two bedrooms with bathrooms. We wanted to add a touch of color with these eye-catching dining chairs, which we paired with the sofa cushions to create a sense of unity among the different areas of the living room. A truly elegant master bedroom, where the wallpaper and the beautiful table lamps—which match the headboard and decorative pillows—really stand out. On the other hand, given the times we’re living in (COVID-19), we’ve decided to use the second room as a workspace, which also has a sofa bed for when needed.
