Model Apartment 3, Constancia 49 (Málaga)

In our recent collaboration with the real estate developer Exxacon, we had the opportunity to furnish an elegant apartment in the Constancia building, located in the heart of Málaga. As expert interior designers, we furnished a one-bedroom apartment with the goal of enhancing its appeal and speeding up the sales process. In our experience, staging homes is a highly effective strategy; it allows potential buyers to picture themselves living in the space and to evaluate the functionality and potential of every corner. This practice helps prospective buyers see how their own furniture could fit into the home or discover the solutions we propose to optimize the space. For this project, we selected modern furniture that complements the building’s architecture and highlights the apartment’s unique features. The decor focuses on creating a cozy and functional atmosphere, using neutral colors to create a sense of spaciousness and light. Here are some photos of the fully furnished apartment.
